Shipping and Handling Policy

Once your order has been received, we will begin processing your payment and will ship the order as soon as the payment has been collected. In all credit card payments, your account will not be charged until the item is ready for shipment.

We use the US Postal Service and UPS to ship our products worldwide. Orders are generally shipped from our distribution point near Portland, Oregon, though there may be cases when orders are shipped from locations in California or Colorado. We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers based on delivery time or shipping rates.

Shipping and Handling Rates

All shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination zip code.

We reserve the right to modify shipping and handling rates at any time and without notification.

Delivery/Transit Times

We generally ship orders within 24 hours of purchase (business days only), but as we are a small company, sometimes this is simply not possible. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will generally be shipped the next business day.

Order Status and Shipment Tracking

We do not currently offer order tracking on our website, though it is something that we are working on. If you would like to find out where your package is, or to get the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at any time.
