Color-coded File Folders
In his book Time Management for Teachers, Scott Purdy suggests organizing all of your professional files into color-coded file folders, each color representing a different category of your papers. This set contains 64 file folders: eight folders of eight different colors.

Let technology work for you! Use your computer to print the names of your students on various size labels for use on portfolios, seating charts, notebooks, textbooks, wall charts, file folders, etc. Or, use the labels for any organizational system you can come up with!
